Our Daily Lease Fee program allows you to keep the container as long as you need to complete your project. One of our customer service representatives will tell you more when we call to confirm your order.
Most household items are allowed in our containers. However, there are a few exceptions and guidelines. Please see our terms pagefor full information on what you can and cannot place in one of our dumpsters.
Payment for temporary containers is due at the time of delivery. Lease payments are collected monthly or at the end of the service, whichever comes first.
A service representative will be contacting you after you place your order to verify details and make payment arrangements. We accept cash, check, and most major credit cards.
You do not need a permit for your dumpster if it’s on private property. Some cities may require a permit if its placed in the street. Check with your city to determine if you do.
After you place your order, our customer service team will be in contact with you to schedule delivery.
No, you do not have to be present for dumpster delivery and pickup. However, we do request that you leave us a valid contact number in case the driver has any questions.

Several sizes of dumpsters are available to suit your needs. Please see our online order form to determine our current availability.
Your delivery driver will be able to assist you in selecting the best location for the dumpster. For planning prior to delivery, we advise to select a dumpster placement location on a paved surface that will accommodate the length, width and height clearance of the dumpster you selected for your order. Upon delivery, our drivers will do their best to place the dumpster in your selected location. Please keep in mind our drivers will survey the area to ensure adequate and safe accessibility on all sides, as well as above the dumpster and may not be able to place the dumpster exactly in the spot selected. We will always do our best to place the dumpster in the most convenient spot for you.
All containers will be placed on a hard or paved surface to prevent property damage. If a customer requests placement on an unpaved surface, this could result in increased costs if inclement weather prevents removal on the date requested. Costs could include: (1) a trip fee based on location and no less than $50, and (2) additional lease fees at current rental rate until ground conditions allow for removal. If the container is placed on an unpaved surface at the customer’s request, the customer assumes all responsibility for any increased costs and any damage to the ground or grass this may cause.
Due to safety concerns, please do not attempt to move a container once placed at your site. If you need a container moved before final pickup, please call customer service at 918-446-0023.
American Waste Control, Inc. is not responsible for accidents, injury or damage caused by a container or to a container while the container is at the customer’s location.
Most material is acceptable for disposal in our temporary containers. Please see the following list for exceptions. If unsure of size or material, please contact customer service at 918-446-0023 prior to placing items in containers.

*If a container is overloaded, American Waste Control, Inc. will either charge additional fees to haul the container or require the customer to offload material prior to removal if the container is unable to be safely hauled.
